The Malt Works offers modern and sustainable student accommodation with excellent connectivity to Edinburgh city centre.

Enhanced by Firethorn’s innovative use of AI technology, The Malt Works will feature sustainable design elements to meet BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A’ ratings, including photovoltaic (PV) panels.

The wider Leith Walk development has planning permission for two five-storey residential units that will provide a mix of build-to-rent (BTR) and affordable housing. The site owner has engaged Firethorn Living and Calder Weir Properties to assist with the delivery of the residential units.

Delivery of the project is supported by a £ 29.95 million debt package from Leumi UK.
