Responsible for driving growth opportunities for Firethorn Living, Flora ensures each development is delivered to the highest standard and leaves a positive impact for residents, the local community, and the environment.
Flora works closely with the Head of Firethorn Living, playing a key role in the acquisition, development and delivery of residential assets, with a specialist focus on sustainability.
Flora previously worked for a blue-chip company, where she advised major developers, investors, lending and banking clients. She also chaired its Living sustainability working group and built up an impressive track record in navigating the emergence of ESG in the sector, supporting a listed REIT in setting its net zero goals.
Flora has a postgraduate qualification in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge, and co-leads our community and charity initiatives.
