He has amassed considerable expertise in taking living assets through the property life cycle, with over a decade’s experience working at blue chip companies. From successfully leading land and site acquisitions, to overseeing the planning, design and construction of high-value developments, Marcus has an impressive track record in both deal origination and delivering significant added value.
