A key part of our I&L team, Henry is the point of contact for sourcing, developing and appraising new investment opportunities within the Firethorn Logistics portfolio.
Henry leads on the screening and underwriting of potential acquisitions, conducting due diligence and coordinating with development and asset management teams to maximise value. Having cultivated a strong network of industry stakeholders, he is able to identify prime logistics opportunities across the UK and deliver on Firethorn’s strategic objectives.
A qualified RICS Chartered Surveyor, Henry’s previous role at M1 Agency saw him assist on over £150m of industrial disposals for private and institutional clients. His proven track record spans investment acquisitions, leasing of mid- and big-box assets and management of the full property investment cycle, from acquisition to asset management and sale.
