Responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and strategic advice across Firethorn’s operations, Katie facilitates the smooth execution of transactions and developments throughout the investment lifecycle.
Katie has a strong commercial focus, working across the full range of real estate transactions, from landlord and tenant matters to complex developments.
She is a specialist in site assembly and brown-field developments, having acted for developers, funders, investors and occupiers, as well as advising on acquisitions and disposals of investment properties.
Katie has previously acted for many large institutions, such as LondonMetric and LaSalle Investment Management, as well as others based within the UK or abroad.
She also has real estate finance experience acting for lenders and borrowers, working on real estate-backed contribution arrangements for pension trusts.
