Responsible for driving forward opportunities in the I&L market, James leads the Firethorn Logistics team, sourcing new land and development opportunities and managing commercial leasing for our national logistics portfolio.
James has specialist sector expertise and invaluable market connections, enabling him to source new investment and development opportunities and deliver leasing activity on behalf of our clients.
He has more than a decade of experience in the industrial and logistics sector, working across a diverse national property portfolio with a specialist focus on ‘Big-Box’ logistics. A former director at Lambert Smith Hampton, James has previously acted as a retained advisor for multi-national occupiers, including Marks & Spencer Plc and Hermes Parcelnet.
