Supporting the senior team, Thomas is responsible for accounting and performance reporting across Firethorn’s investment and development portfolio.
Thomas manages the day-to-day financial accounting, performance reporting, liquidity management and the external audit process. Thomas is skilled in advanced IT, systems, and AI, playing a key role in strengthening the controls and processes behind Firethorn’s growing finance function.
Previous experience at global accounting firm BDO saw Thomas managing monthly accounts and cashflow forecasts across a diverse client portfolio, including a 15-entity PE-backed group, with a strong focus on cost, margin and performance drivers.
