Supporting the development team, Marcus manages the full development lifecycle to ensure assets are delivered on time and executed to a high standard.
Marcus’ responsibilities include overseeing project processes, consultant procurement and stakeholder engagement, while providing crucial input for planning applications and financial assessments to drive projects forward efficiently.
With extensive development and investment experience, Marcus has previously managed major capital projects at Imperial College London, including a 15-storey college building, and led the £350m Tustin Estate Regeneration at Linkcity UK, guiding complex projects through design and planning.
